Previously, as the Area General Manager at Red Bull, Okan oversaw operations across diverse regions, achieving remarkable growth and pioneering new business models for impressive market expansions. Previously, as Senior Director of Sales Operations at Oracle, Pınar led pipeline management, CRM implementation, and sales strategy execution across complex, high-growth markets, managing large cross-functional teams.

She is also a member of Lead Network Turkey, a network that aims to attract, retain, and advance women in the retail and consumer goods industry in Europe through education, leadership, and business development.
